use Revlon ColorStay , if you use lipliner apply it with powder then put on the lipstick, blot and it will stay on all dayy :)Which lipstick to use that doesnt come off while kissing?
Revlon Lip Stain is great!
Use a lip stain instead, it lasts longer and it's less likely to come off throughout the day, and just put a clearish gloss on top to make your lips look plumper.
I use loreal colorstay...if your lips are not dry...it works! :D
