What's the rule with lipstick and kissing?

Should you not wear lipstick if you know you're going to kiss someone? Is there a certain ammount or a certain kind you have to wear? How do you keep the other person from wearing it?What's the rule with lipstick and kissing?

a lot of companies have lipstick that is like a lip gloss then you put something over the top of it to make it glossy but it stays on forever. I have some by cover girl i don't know exactly what its called but there is two tubes ones the lip gloss and the other is like a chap stick and i wear it at dance competitions and it stays on forever! When i get home and take a shower i scrub my lips and it still doesn't come off. Its amazing stuff i would try that. They have a lot of different shades and you just put the clear over the top every once in a while when your lips feel dry. Hope that helped :)
There is a kind by Neutrogena called Moisture Lip Sheers, it's like lipstick and lipgloss together, you should try that
IDK but lipstick if wore correctly is sexy!
Id definitely say just go for a lipgloss but supposedly that Everlast lipstick doesnt come off for 24 hours... its worth a try! Test it on a white napkin first though... good luck!
